Elias Conrad

Eli has been part of the MHP Brokerage team since June 2022. He brings his extensive Real Estate knowledge to the MHP team with a 5th generational background in Development and General Contracting. This experience adds unique value to the team in the buying and selling process. Having run a Real Estate Management and General Contracting company previously he understands how important it is to have and maintain a well-run investment.

While providing a high level of integrity and superior attention to detail, he has developed long-lasting and trusted relationships with clients both new and old. Eli takes pride in his ethical standards throughout the transaction process.

While offering his knowledge and input he always puts the client's interests first. The markets that he covers include California, Washington, Oregon, Utah, and Nevada.

Eli is originally from Sun Valley, ID and now works out of the Newport Beach, CA office. He enjoys Golfing, Skiing, Surfing, and family. He holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Certificate and a brokerage license in Colorado.
