Eloisa Sachs is an Investment Advisor and Auctioneer specializing in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage facilities nationwide. She represents private owners, developers, family offices, and institutional investors, guiding clients through every stage of the transaction with a strategic, relationship-driven approach. As the Co-Owner of America's Self Storage, a facility in New Mexico, Eloisa understands investing from both the broker's and the owner's perspective. Her hands-on experience gives clients practical insight into operations, value creation, and successful transactions. Before entering commercial real estate, Eloisa worked as a producer. She has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Southern California. Known for her resourcefulness, she enjoys digging into the details, solving problems, and finding answers that help her clients make confident decisions. Outside of work, Eloisa enjoys running, spending time with her dog (Rhino), and being near the ocean. She believes real estate is about more than closing deals; it's about building lasting relationships, creating opportunities, and bringing a sense of joy to the people she works with every day.
