Before MHP Brokerage, Shawn spent seven years in Manhattan as a Sales Director in the luxury vacation rental industry, managing high-value property investments for a global client base. That background trained him to negotiate complex transactions and manage sophisticated investors who expect precision under pressure — skills he now applies daily in the manufactured housing space. Based in Denver with deep ties to NYC, Shawn brings a cross-market perspective to every deal. Outside of work, he skis, mountain bikes, hikes, and travels.
